Cancellation Policy

Group Class Booking Policy Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the class. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before class, the session will be counted as used. If a class is cancelled by Rozané, your session will remain available to use for another class. Classes require a minimum of 2 participants. If the minimum is not reached within one week of the scheduled start date, the class will be cancelled and the payment will be fully refunded.
