Practice With Me
We live in our bodies every day, but no one really gives us the manual.
For me, yoga starts there: figuring out how the body works, how it moves, and what happens when we start paying attention to it. Then comes the breath something we also learn to observe and train. With time, these become practical tools for dealing with the trickier part of the equation: the mind.
You don’t need to be flexible. In fact, becoming flexible isn’t really the goal. I’m much more interested in what we can learn through the practice, and how it can help us know ourselves more deeply .
